How it works:

1. Purchase the consult HERE
2. you will receive a confirmation email and a request to schedule an appointment
3. there will also be a form requesting details and photos of your space
4. you will receive a confirmation email
5. MEMA will review your submission prior to out call
6. we will meet at the scheduled time over zoom for 30-45 minutes
7. you will take notes and ask all your questions
8. if you have purchased a Post Consult Write-up// you will receive an official write up, mock up and list of recommendations within 48 hrs

• Informational Purpose Only: All consultations and related communications are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing provided during or after the consultation constitutes legal, agricultural, horticultural, landscaping, or other professional licensed advice unless explicitly stated in writing.

• No Guarantees: No guarantees, warranties, or assurances are made regarding any specific outcome, including but not limited to plant survival, garden performance, pest control, yield, growth rates, or environmental results. Outcomes are inherently dependent on variables outside of control, including but not limited to climate, soil conditions, maintenance practices, irrigation, and implementation accuracy.

• Client Responsibility: The client assumes full responsibility for all actions taken based on any recommendations, guidance, or information provided. The service provider shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or adverse outcome arising from the use or misuse of such information.

• Scope Limitation: Services are intended solely for the planning and development of privately owned residential garden or yard spaces. Any use outside of this scope is not permitted without prior written consent.

• Intellectual Property & Confidentiality: All information, methodologies, recommendations, and materials provided during consultations are proprietary and reflect professional experience developed over time. They are provided solely for the personal use of the purchasing client and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, recorded, or shared with any third party without prior written permission.

• No Redistribution: The client agrees that consultation content is confidential and may not be shared with contractors, consultants, businesses, or any other parties without explicit written authorization.

• Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason once a booking is confirmed or a consultation has been delivered.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable. Missed appointments or failure to attend are treated as completed services and are non-refundable.

• Agreement: By purchasing or booking this service, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
